Sumptuously designed, printed on multi-colored fine paper with the colophon printed on cork, illustrated parchment dust jacket and Italian floral paper slipcase. Winner of the 1966 Award for Typography and Type Direction & Design in the Type Directors Club Annual Awards Show.

Bound in folding wraps with wraparound decorated sheet, original photo of Miller tipped into front card of binding, multi-colored paper throughout; pp. 87 with illustrations at end. Small chip to the thin jacket crown, else a fine copy in a near fine slipcase showing minor shelfwear. A stunning production.
