Junkie: Confessions of an Unredeemed Drug Addict, William S.
Burroughs (writing as William Lee). First Edition, First Printing. Bound dos-a-dos with
Maurice Helbrant's Narcotic Agent. Burroughs' first published novel,
semi-autobiographical and focusing on his life as an addict and
small-time heroin pusher. New York: Ace Books, 1953. A very good copy.
Pictorial wraps remain bright and vivid with no creasing to spine. Light shelfwear and rubbing to extremities, with a small crease to top corner of Junkie cover and a larger one to the verso. Price blacked out on verso. Binding is tight, sturdy and
square, with typical tanning to pages. Overall, quite a nice copy. Rare.
