Featuring the recurring characters of Hercule Poirot, Colonel Race, Superintendent Battle, with the crime writer Ariadne Oliver making her first appearance in a Poirot novel.

Binding firm, minimal wear to boards with some light soiling and general grubbiness, small stain to foredge, a hint of sunning to spine. Faint offsetting to endpapers, else internally clean. A nice copy, protected in a removable archival jacket. Scarce.
