New York: G.P. Putnam's Sons, 1966. Publisher's original orange cloth, lettered in gilt; pp. 383. A very good copy in a good or better, unclipped dust jacket. Binding remains sturdy with a lean to the spine, minor shelfwear to boards with a small white spot to rear board. Small bookshop sticker to flyleaf, else internally clean. The dust jacket remains vivid, with general shelfwear and chipping to extremities, including along the front flap joint, a couple closed tears and associated creasing to front panel, two tiny tape reinforcements to verso, protected in archival mylar.
