New York: Atheneum, 1987. Publisher's original black paper-covered boards over black cloth spine, lettered in gilt; pp. xvi, 635, [5]. A very good copy in a near fine, unclipped dust jacket. Binding remains sturdy and square, minimal wear to boards with traces of foxing and a very faint stain to foredge. Internally clean. Jacket shows just a hint of shelfwear, protected in archival mylar.
