New York: W.W. Norton & Company, 1985. Publisher's original half red cloth over paper-covered boards, spine lettered in gilt; pp. 350. A near fine copy in a very good, unclipped dust jacket. Binding remains tight and sturdy, minimal wear to board with lightly bumped corners. Internally clean. Jacket shows minor shelfwear, small chip to back panel, spine sunned. Protected in archival mylar.
