New York: Doubleday and Company, 1950. Publisher's original pale green cloth, spine lettered in burgundy; pp. 222. A near fine copy in a near fine, unclipped dust jacket. Binding remains tight, sturdy and square. Minor sunning to spine and board edges, minimal shelfwear, traces of rubbing. Light offsetting to endpapers, else internally clean and fine. Jacket shows just traces of shelfwear with a closed tear to front panel, spine a bit sunned. A very presentable copy, protected in archival mylar.
