Garden City, NY: Doubleday & Co., 1978. Publisher's original ocher paper boards, black cloth spine lettered in gilt; pp. (xii), 823. A near fine in a very good, unclipped dust jacket. Binding remains tight and sturdy, minimal shelfwear to boards. Internally clean with no markings. Jacket shows minor shelfwear with mottled toning to spine and back panel. Presents well in archival mylar.
