Burning Daylight, Jack London
First edition, first printing, signed by London

New York: Macmillan, 1910. Signed on an off-white slip clipped from a check, affixed to the front free endpaper below one of London's personal bookplates. The name of London's friend, the poet and translator John Myers O'Hara, appears to the upper right (perhaps his ownership signature). First printing denoted by the 'Macmillan' spine imprint and the three blank leaves following the ads. A very good copy. Boards show light wear, most notably at spine ends. Tanning to front pastedown and front free endpaper, with what appears to have been a bookplate neatly removed from pastedown. An attractive copy.
