New York: The Viking Press, 1940. Publisher's original course blue cloth, decorated in red; pp. (x), 211. A near fine copy in a very good or better, unclipped dust jacket. Binding remains tight, sturdy and square, seemingly unread. Minimal wear to boards with a small stain to rear board. Owner's bookplate to front pastedown, else internally clean. Jacket shows light shelfwear, a bit of chipping to spine crown and a touch of toning to spine and back panel. A nice copy, protected in archival mylar.
