New York: The Grove Press, 1962. Publisher's original two-toned paper boards, spine lettered in green; pp. 174. A near fine copy in a very good, unclipped dust jacket. Binding remains sturdy and square, minimal wear to boards, tiny spot of foxing to bottom edge of text block, internally clean with no markings. Jacket shows light shelfwear with rubbing and a couple small chips, protected in archival mylar.
