New York: Random House, 1965. Publisher's original rust colored cloth, lettered in gilt, rust endpapers; pp. (xii), 343, [1]. An about fine copy in a near fine, unclipped dust jacket showing just traces of shelfwear, a small closed tear, faint ring to back panel and pen notation to front flap. A very presentable copy, protected in archival mylar.
