New York: Henry Holt and Co., 1997. Publisher's original dark blue quarter cloth over paper-covered boards, spine lettered in gilt; pp. [viii], 773. A very good or better copy in a like, unclipped dust jacket. Binding remains sturdy and square, minor shelfwear to boards and text block edges. Jacket shows light shelfwear with some crimping to the spine head on the acetate jacket.
