Miss MacIntosh, My Darling, Marguerite Young
First edition, first printing of Young's only novel, an underground classic which is also one of the longest novels ever written.
New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1968. Publisher's quarter cloth over marbled paper boards, spine lettered in brown; pp. 1198. An about near fine copy in a very good, unclipped dust jacket. Binding is sturdy and square, minor wear to boards with a bump to spine crown, internally clean with no markings. Jacket remains bright and vivid, with light shelfwear primarily at the spine tips, a few stains to back panel. A nice copy protected in archival mylar.
