New York: Grune & Stratton, 1969. Publisher's original red cloth boards, titled in gilt on black labels; pp. xiii, [1], 249. A near fine copy in a very good dust jacket. Binding firm, light bump to boards, internally clean with no markings. Jacket shows light shelfwear, rubbing to extremities, a bit of thumb soiling to back panel, spine and front panel a touch faded. Protected in archival mylar. Uncommon.
