The Bell Jar, Sylvia Plath
First thus, being the first edition published using Plath's real name following the 1963 publication under her pseudonym, Victoria Lucas. London: Faber and Faber, 1966. Original black boards with gilt-stamped spine, striking dust jacket designed by Amy Isbey Duevell. A near fine or better copy in a very good, unclipped dust jacket. Binding is tight and sturdy, internally clean with no markings. Jacket shows some light general shelfwear, rubbing to back panel, closed tear to front, small price stamped on front flap, protected in archival mylar. A nice copy.
