New York: Alfred A. Knopf, 1963. Publisher's original green cloth boards, decoratively stamped in blind with gilt titles to spine; pp. x, 494, [3]. A near fine copy in a very good, unclipped dust jacket. Binding is sturdy with a slight lean, minimal wear to boards, internally clean and fine. Jacket shows light shelfwear and chipping with a couple minor closed tears, protected in archival mylar. Scarce.
