First edition, fifth printing of Earhart's autobiography, signed by Earhart to the flyleaf. The Fun of It is Earhart's second book, following her travelogue 20 Hrs. 40 Min and the last to be published in her lifetime, in which she recalls her youth, early encounters with flying, career as a pilot, and feminine pioneers in aviation. Complete with frontispiece portrait, 31 illustrations and the rare original 78 rpm silvertone phonograph record recording of her internationally broadcast.

New York: Harcourt Brace and Company, 1932. Publisher's original brown cloth lettered in cream, lacking the scarce dust jacket; pp. (x), frontispiece, 218, [2]. An about near fine copy, showing minor shelfwear to extremities, owner's bookplate to front pastedown. Protected in a removable archival sleeve.
