Illustrated with a colored frontispiece depicting Donati’s Comet, one folding diagram of the solar system, numerous colored and monochrome astronomical plates, and illustrations throughout the text. Minimal wear to boards, some wear and discoloration to the page edges. Contents lightly toned with occasional foxing and handling wear. The illustrated plates remain attractive.
