First edition, first printing of one of Dick's most acclaimed novels, "a deeply unsettling existential horror story, a nightmare you'll never be sure you've woken up from" (Grossman).
Garden City, NY: Doubleday & Company, 1969. An about very good copy in a good or better, unclipped dust jacket. Not ex-library as is commonly found. Binding is sturdy, light wear to boards with some general fading or discoloration present. Faint thumbsoil to flyleaf, else internally clean and bright. The unclipped dust jacket shows some general shelfwear, chipping to spine heel and loss around the spine crown, rubbing and grubbiness present with a stain to bottom corner of the rear panel. Presents well in archival mylar, uncommon.
