New York: Harcourt, Brace & World, 1966. Publisher's original grey cloth boards, spine lettered in gilt; pp. viii, 435. A very good copy in a fair, price-clipped dust jacket. Binding remains sturdy, general light shelfwear and rubbing to boards, a few faint surface stains to edge of text block, internally clean. Jacket shows wear and tear along with creasing, spine sunned. An imperfect copy, albeit with a fantastic association.
