London: Faber and Faber, 1967. Publisher's original blue cloth with gilt-stamped titles to spine; pp. 119. A near fine copy in a near fine, unclipped dust jacket. Binding remains tight and sturdy, minimal wear to boards, internally clean. Jacket shows minor shelfwear with a small closed tear to front panel, toning to spine, protected in archival mylar.
