First edition, first printing of one of King’s best-known horrors, winner of the British Fantasy Award and basis for both a television adaptation and, more recently, a two part film adaptation.
New York: Viking, 1986. Quarter black cloth over paper boards, stamped in red; pp. 1138, [4]. A good copy in a good, unclipped dust jacket. Binding remains tight and sturdy, typical concavity to spine, general light shelfwear to boards, scattered stains to text block edges. Internally clean. Jacket shows light wear, protected in archival mylar.
