First edition, first printing of King's fifth collection of short stories. Signed and inscribed by King in the year of publication to the title page. King made an appearance on December 15th, 1993 at BookMarc's in Bangor, where this copy was signed, with a BookMarc's stamp to the half-title and a bookmark laid in. Housed in a custom case.

Author photo to rear panel.Publisher's original black paper-covered boards over blue cloth spine, lettered in gilt; pp. [xii], 816. A very good copy in a very good, unclipped dust jacket. Typical slight concavity to spine, minor shelfwear boards, rubbing and light soiling to edges of text block. Internally clean. Jacket shows light general shelfwear, minor stain to verso. A nice copy, protected in archival mylar and housed in a custom case.
