First edition, first printing of one of King's best-known horrors, winner of the British Fantasy Award and basis for both a television adaptation and, more recently, a two part film adaptation. 

New York: Viking, 1986. Quarter black cloth over paper boards, stamped in red; pp. 1138, [4]. A near fine copy in a near fine, unclipped dust jacket. Binding remains tight, sturdy and square, seemingly unread. Minimal wear to boards with traces o rubbing to text block edges, typical light concavity to spine. Internally clean and fine. Minor shelfwear to jacket. Very presentable, protected in archival mylar.
