First separate edition of Capote's beloved holiday story, an offprint put out by the Ladies' Home Journal in advance of the story's appearance in the December 1982 issue and preceding the Random House edition by a year. Signed by Capote to the front cover. 

New York: Ladies' Home Journal, 1982. Publisher's original oblong wraps; tissue endpapers, pp. 12. In fine condition, housed in the original blank mailing envelope which shows a bit of wear.
