Rage, Richard Bachman (Stephen King)
First UK edition, first printing of King's fourth novel and the first to be published under the pseudonym Richard Bachman. With the plot resembling actual high school shootings in the 1980s and 90s, King became uncomfortable with the idea of having it remain in print, for fear that it might inspire further such occurrences – "(Rage is) now out of print, and a good thing." It briefly remained available as part of the Bachman Books omnibus, but has since been out of print and is increasingly scarce.
